How To Inspire Employees Into Being More Productive At Work

Last week we discussed about uninspiring leadership being one of the reasons why employees leave.

Today we will be looking at another reason which is

2. Crystalize Environment

Recently, i went for a training in an organisation. As I took their time book which is usually my first point of call when I carry out any training, I discovered that many people worked there for two weeks and the longest staff there was four months so I asked the CEO why, he told me they are largely incompetent. But,  after my leadership review analysis I found out that there is no next level in view.

When there's nothing new to learn or aspire for, people tend to leave. Same usual Daily routine is tiring. Everyone loves  adventure, a dive into something new. It's then expedient that the leader create such an atmosphere.

They should be something new to learn. They should be something bigger for everyone to aspire for.

when you get to a point in life when there is no other place to go, life becomes boring. It's your respoNrPity to create a new horizon and aspirations.

Making leadership Anticipatory makes people yearn for something new, it makes followers or employees curious for the next level. When you allow the system to platue it, it becomes a case and a prison so they look for ways to escape for a breather.

The coming of this pandemic, COVID 19 was a blessing in disguise, It came to expose whether you were in ministry or something else. As a pastor and as someone who has been and seen ministry in different forms and shades I get bordered whenever I hear people teach and do ministry in a certain way. To an average pastor or Christian leader out there, when you sa...
