Why Most Employees Resign



People will leave you and others will come, its the way life is programmed. Employees will change jobs, followers will change leaders and sometimes leaving  us with mixed emotions which maybe quite hurting.

People will leave one way or the other but here is the twist, most employees leave not because they want to but because they are tired.

Worried about the high level of employees turn over in the organisation  and why people don't stay?

Here Are The Few Reasons.

1) Uninspiring Leadership .

Everyone love to be in an environment where they will be inspired to become better not demoralised . We disrespect employees,we talk down on them, nobody loves such a position.

If non of your employees can genuinely say to you I love to be like you then its a clear indication you are leading wrong . Pastor Godman Akinlabi said "leaders inspire followers to become better not to  give up".

Many of us leaders have cost those who look up to us to throw in the towel because of our overbearing attitude.

I once worked with a boss who will first make you feel and look stupid before she corrects your mistake and because of that her employees don't last more than 6months under her organization. I resigned also after a month because of the toxic working environment.

Inspirational leaders get more loyal followers or employees,
