VICTIM OF MY MIND pt1

Few years ago while pastoring a small branch of a church, A lady met me for counselling ,her issue was about a solution for her abusive relationship, After hearing all her
story and what she had to say , the only solution that I could proffer was for her to opt out of the relationship..

It was quite an interesting one because when I told her to end it,she got angry at me for saying that,her reaction was surprising to me ,she wanted a reason to keep staying in the relationship not a solution. her issue was a mind issue, the guy has her mind caged with manipulation, He kept her where he wanted her to be.

The guy will heat her but blame it on having anger issues, cheat on her but blame it on her for not being available, the list goes on,her real issue was her mind .she was a prisoner of her own mind.

This case Here is similar to that of countless others, who are being imprisoned by their own mind,

1. What controls your mind controls your life. you're basically a product of what goes on in your mind. you cannot be different from what happens in your mind.

2. Poverty, lack,frustration and failure are fruits, ,the real problem is the root which is The mind .interestingly there many Christians who believe to be wealthy is a sin and prevents one from making heaven, All this is because one over zealous pastor somewhere that knows half truth put this in their minds. For Christ sake how can such persons to dream of wealth.

3.You are transformed to conform with what you feed your mind on. You ultimately become what you constantly feed your mind on. A person become a lawyer or engineer not by the wig or overall he wears but by the information imputed into his or her mind.

4.You view every situation from the standpoint of your mind. Your mind determine how you view every challenge that comes your way.one person can see victory and blessings in a situation, while all that another person maybe seeing is death and defeat in the same situation. the difference is the conditioning of the mind.

5.you mind magnates what occupies it,one of the greatest mysteries of life is the law of attraction, which states that what you constantly think of will ultimately gravitate towards you. If you desire good things, thinks it and you will see it.

6.who you permit into your mind controls life,the greatest access you can give to anyone is access to your mind . pay attention to what you read,who you listen to, the church you attain. The seminars and conference you go to.
